Coaching
After an initial consultation, coaching sessions generally take one of four forms:
Alignment Sessions: Did you know that people starting a relationship, who get coaching are more likely to have a long-term successful relationship? And entrepreneurs who get support in the beginning are more likely to succeed? Alignment sessions are about setting yourself up (and those around you) to succeed and do well. It’s coming to see me before there is a problem, in order to prevent easily avoided problems down the way — like getting a tune-up for your car, before you go on a road trip, as opposed to breaking down in the middle of nowhere. If you’re starting a new relationship, looking to make something new happen & change directions, come see me for an alignment session. Sessions are generally 90 minutes long, and may go on for 1-3 months
Breakthrough Sessions: A breakthrough session is when you have a single issue, and you’re looking for 1-3 sessions to clear up a specific problem or difficulty. Sessions are intensive and run 2 hours.
Ongoing Coaching: Ongoing coaching is for when you’re making a life change, making change on core issues, dealing with relationship or communication problems, or looking for ongoing support around a situation. Sessions generally are 90-minutes and depending on the objective and what we work out between us, involve a commitment to 1-6 months of coaching with evaluation at 3 months (unless things are resolved even sooner!)
Tune-ups: Tune-ups are like Breakthrough Sessions, in that it is around resolving a specific problem or concern. Generally it is a phone call and it is a space where you’re looking for insight, reflection, a reality check, or refinement on a specific subject. Sessions last 30-minutes.
